Hmmm...

Not bad for a start, actually. While the story is predictable to those who have played Ocarina of Time, this is still kinda fun to watch. The animation may have been slow and tacky, but I'm sure with a little more practice you can bring forth something great.

PlatformSource responds:

yeah, i never used to do fbf, i used sprites, but i gave sprites up.

hmm...

I will admit, as odd as this video is, it's different. This is certainately original. The movie synchs with the music rather well.

Viewtiful-Chris responds:

"CERTAINATELY original"

I find you CERTAINATELY original too!

nice one

Not too bad with the background choice for Vulpix. The music fits well for the fact the forest Vulipx stands in is charred. Vulpix-Stalin's a little depressing, though; maybe because he only has two tails instead of the usual six.

Elite-Sniper responds:

Thanks for your opinion, and excuse my abstract approach to Stalin's tails. ;)

nice

The plot's a little odd once "Mario" is given the mushroom, but nonetheless is different and rather interesting. Your animating style is really good.

Haroshi responds:

Cheers!

awww...

Stalin didn't have a horn like Nidorino's in this episode after all. But it looks like Nidorino's taunting Stalin with his horn, anyway. Good job with cropping the image of Nidorino for this episode; it turned out very nicely and seems to fit in with the background as well.

Elite-Sniper responds:

I like the background too. Stay tuned!

Hmm...

That pink skin on Stalin's rather trippy. It looks like Stalin and the Nidoran are having a staring contest. But where's the cool horn Nidoran has on Stalin? Nonetheless, Nidorino does have a longer horn; that should look cool in the next episode.

Elite-Sniper responds:

Thanks for your opinion.

Hmmm...

Not much to say about Nidoqueen-Stailin. But I love the look on Nidoqueen; it's like she's terrified how Stalin has suddenly taken the traits of a female Poke'mon. The song used for this episode may have been made on Garageband, but nonetheless doesn't sound too bad.

Elite-Sniper responds:

I got the music from the Newgrounds Audio Portal. Feel free to download it if you like it, I'm sure that would make "hereforrock" happy.

bummer...

It seems there isn't much change in Stalin's look between the female Nidoran and Nidorina episodes. The music and background fit perfectly, though.

Elite-Sniper responds:

Sorry, glad you liked the music and background though.

hmm...

The tune seems a little odd to assign to a Sandslash, but nonetheless is different and interesting to listen to. But poor Stalin should have a larger quantity and size for the spikes rather than those tiny ones.

Elite-Sniper responds:

I agree with your opinion about the song, but at least it concerned a desert, right? LOL you're absolutely right about your latter point though, as I can even see where you can refer to it for support; everyone knows of course, that siez matters. Poor Sandshtalin! :( Thank you for your review and opinions, and sorry for the somewhat out of place feedback on my behalf, but Newgrounds is my after-hours humor source on most weekdays.

Nice one

Sandshrew fits so well with the background (well, sort of a no brainer, being Sandshrew literally means "sand mouse"). While most of the song for this episode breaks out into a frisky techno genre, the very beginning of it sets the mood of a desert nicely.

Elite-Sniper responds:

Sandshtalin + desert = <3.
